Maggie Liu

Maggie Liu is a seasoned finance professional with extensive experience in accounting and financial management. Currently serving as a Finance and Accounting Manager at Thomvest since November 2023, Maggie leads a high-performing team and oversees the full accounting cycle while enhancing internal controls for accuracy and compliance. Previous roles include Accounting Manager at NADG, managing general ledgers and payroll analysis, and at SmartCentres REIT, where responsibilities included running month-end activities, preparing consolidated financial reports, and presenting to senior management. Earlier experience also includes Sr. Corporate Accountant at Dream and Director of the Financial Accounting Department at China Community Commercial Investment Co. Ltd. Maggie holds an MBA in Accounting and Financial Management from DeGroote School of Business at McMaster University and is a CPA licensed by CPA Ontario Association.
