Olivier Schwend

Olivier Schwend has extensive work experience in the real estate and finance industry. Olivier is currently working as the Managing Director Europe at Thor Equities Group since January 2021. Prior to that, they worked at Round Hill Capital from an unknown start date to September 2020, where they held a role in Acquisitions & Global Investment Management. From 2014 to an unknown end date, Olivier worked at The Blackstone Group in Asset Management & Acquisitions. Before that, they were employed at Jones Lang LaSalle from August 2010 to August 2014, specializing in Real Estate Investment Banking. Olivier also gained experience at Goldman Sachs RMD from August 2008 to August 2011, focusing on Real Estate Portfolio Management. Their career started at Pall Mall Capital in August 2007, where they worked in Corporate Finance/M&A.

Olivier Schwend completed their Bachelor of Applied Science (B.A.Sc.) degree in International Business from Maastricht University, where they studied from 2004 to 2007. Later, in 2011 and 2012, they pursued a degree in Real Estate Investment & Finance, specializing in Real Estate Private Equity, from EBS Universität für Wirtschaft und Recht.
