Andy Graves

Andy Graves currently serves as the Chairman of the Board of Directors at THOR Industries, Inc. since July 2019, overseeing a company recognized as the largest manufacturer of recreational vehicles globally. Graves also holds a position on the Board of Directors at American Chemet Corporation and serves as Chairman of the Board of Directors for S2 Yachts, Inc. Graves has held prominent leadership roles, including President and CEO of the Motorsport Aftermarket Group from 2015 to 2018 and President of the Brunswick Boat Group from 2005 to 2014. Early in the career, Graves held various executive positions at Dresser, Inc., Federal Signal Corporation, CNH Industrial, and FMC Corporation. Academically, Graves earned an MBA from the University of Chicago and a Bachelor’s Degree in Metallurgical Engineering from Purdue University.
