Steve Romanowski

Steve Romanowski is a seasoned engineering and operations professional with extensive experience in advanced manufacturing and product development. Currently serving as Managing Director of Advanced Manufacturing Engineering and the US Innovation Labs at THOR Industries, Inc. and the Thor Industries Innovation and Development Center, Steve focuses on improving product and process capabilities. Steve has held key roles such as Director of Advanced Engineering at Jayco, Inc., and Director of Engineering at Highland Ridge RV. Previous experience includes Vice President of Operations, Engineering, and I.T. at AL-KO Kober Corp, where management of multiple manufacturing locations and engineering teams was paramount. Steve's career also spans roles in technical sales, project management, and system analysis, showcasing a strong background in leadership and innovation across various engineering disciplines. Steve holds degrees from Ferris State University and Grand Rapids Community College.
