Luzma Zamora

Luzma Zamora possesses extensive experience in retail management and brand development. Currently serving as Business Unit Manager - Retail at Thor Urbana since 2018, Luzma successfully launched X-Hibit, a retail store featuring 30 brands, and led numerous initiatives including store design, branding, and marketing strategies. Previously, as Tiffany Store Director, Luzma was responsible for achieving sales targets and enhancing customer experiences while managing a team and client database. Additionally, Luzma worked as Senior Brand Manager for Watches & Apparel at Victorinox AG, where responsibilities included developing distribution networks and overseeing retail operations. Luzma holds a Bachelor's Degree in International Business Management from Universidad de las Américas Puebla and has further academic experience at Grand Valley State University.
