Amy Sullivan

Amy Sullivan is a seasoned professional with extensive experience in technical content management and scientific writing, currently serving as the Technical Content Manager at Thorlabs since September 2021. Previous roles include Senior Science Writer in New Product Introduction and Senior Research Associate at the University of Colorado Boulder, where Amy managed 22 PhD and undergraduate researcher students and developed comprehensive training programs in technical lab skills and scientific communication. Academic contributions include teaching positions at various institutions, such as Affiliate Faculty at Regis University and Clare Boothe Luce Assistant Professor of Physics at Agnes Scott College, coupled with impactful research experience in developing advanced photopolymer materials and infrared laser technologies. Amy holds a PhD and MS in Physics from the University of Colorado Boulder, as well as a BA in Physics with a minor in German from Bates College.
