Daniel Santero

Daniel Santero is an experienced IT professional with a solid background in enterprise applications and systems administration. Currently serving as an Enterprise Application System Administrator at Thorlabs since October 2011, Daniel has also held roles as an Ax Technician and RFSmart Specialist. Prior experience includes a decade at Panera Bread, where Daniel worked as an IT Administrator supporting 37 locations in Northern and Central New Jersey, and as an Assistant Manager responsible for staff oversight and café operations. Daniel began his career at Panera Bread as a Cashier Operator, gaining a comprehensive understanding of café operations. Educational credentials include a Bachelor of Science in Information Technology and an Associate’s degree in Computer Programming from the University of Phoenix, along with training from The Chubb Institute in IT Technical Support.
