Eric Sowards

Eric Sowards is an IT Infrastructure Support Specialist at Thorlabs since May 2022, focusing on the development and maintenance of endpoint images and audio-visual standards while upholding service level agreements. Previous experience includes roles as a Technical Support Engineer, Systems Integrator, and System Specialist at Activu from June 2014 to April 2022, where responsibilities encompassed customer communication, hardware and software integration, server assembly, and troubleshooting. Prior to Activu, Eric worked as an Implementation Specialist at ADP, providing technical support and service for payroll systems, and held positions in customer service and IT at Print Media News and Dendrite International. Eric holds a Bachelor of Applied Science in Computer Systems Networking and Telecommunications from Pennsylvania College of Technology.
