Michelle Merian

Michelle L Merian is an experienced Sales Enablement Specialist currently working at Thorlabs since November 2020. In this role, Michelle has been instrumental in developing and promoting webinars, coordinating their launch, creating sales campaigns, and managing global lead generation processes within CRM and ERP platforms. Michelle's collaboration with global sales teams and the Marketing Team supports the successful deployment of sales initiatives and marketing efforts. Prior to Thorlabs, Michelle served as a Business Development Analyst and Office Manager at Brighton Cromwell, LLC, where strategic analytics and market research were primary responsibilities. Michelle's background also includes experience as a Program Associate at The Arc of the United States and a Social Work Intern at Family Promise of Morris County. Michelle holds a Bachelor’s Degree in Social Work from Bloomsburg University of Pennsylvania, completed in 2014.
