Steven Fischer

Steven Fischer currently serves as Data Analytics Lead at Thorlabs since October 2019, where responsibilities include leading a team in controlling, data, and automation support, as well as project management. Prior to this role, Steven gained management experience as a Store Leader at C&A, where operational oversight and profitability were key focus areas. Steven's career began with a dual study program in Business Administration at OBI Group Holding, which combined academic and practical training in store management. Additional experience includes roles at CinemaxX Entertainment, progressing from Service Employee to Service Manager while studying. Steven holds a Master of Business Administration from Hochschule München University of Applied Sciences and has completed a Bachelor of Arts in Business Administration and a Bachelor of Arts in Philosophy.
