Andrew Whalley

Andrew Whalley has a extensive work experience in procurement and supply chain management. Andrew is currently the Head of Procurement and Sustainability at Thorlux Lighting, where they started in March 2021. Prior to this, they worked as the Sustainability and Supply Chain Strategy Manager at Thorlux Lighting from November 2020 to March 2021. Before joining Thorlux Lighting, Andrew worked as a Purchasing Manager at Meggitt from March 2018 to November 2020. Andrew also has experience as a Supplier Management Manager at DRAEXLMAIER AUTOMOTIVE UK LIMITED from March 2017 to March 2018. Andrew has worked in various roles at Rolls-Royce Controls and Data Services, including Commodity Manager, Aftermarket Manager, and Senior Buyer, from 2011 to 2017. Andrew also has experience as a Buyer and Supply Chain Engineer at Goodrich from 2004 to 2010, and a SQA Engineer at TRW Aeronautical Systems from 2000 to 2004.

From 1996 to 2000, Andrew Whalley attended the University of Bradford, where they pursued a Master of Science (MSc) degree in Manufacturing Management.
