Lee Bensley

Lee Bensley has worked for various companies within the lighting industry. Lee started their career at Philips Lighting, where they held multiple roles including Director of OEM UK & Ireland, Business Development Director, and Commercial Director. In 2012, they joined Compact Lighting as the Sales & Marketing Director. Following the integration of Compact Lighting into Thorlux Lighting in 2017, Lee became the Head of Retail Lighting Solutions. In this role, they are responsible for sales development in the Retail & Hospitality sectors and manages a team focused on growing the business. Lee also retains ownership of the marketing approach in this vertical.

Lee Bensley attended Coventry University from 1983 to 1985, where they earned an HND with Distinction in Business Studies.
