Sean Dugan

Sean Dugan is an experienced professional with a diverse background in banking and compliance auditing. Currently serving as an Internal Auditor at Thorn Group Limited since May 2016, Sean is focused on compliance auditing. In a long-standing role at National Australia Bank since July 2001, Sean has held the position of Manager, showcasing leadership skills in branch management, customer service, and compliance, and successfully coaching teams of up to 18 members. In addition to a strong sales focus and a commitment to continuous improvement, Sean holds a Diploma in Scholastic Philosophy from Queen's University Belfast and a Bachelor's Degree in Theology from St Patrick's Pontifical University.
