Dan Rusk

Dan Rusk is the CTO at Thorn Technologies. Dan has over fifteen years of experience in the software development industry, with a focus on enterprise application development using the Microsoft stack. Prior to joining Thorn Technologies, Dan was a software developer and technical consultant at LCR Group LLC, where they designed and developed full stack software applications using Windows Server, SQL Server, and asp.net. Dan also created enterprise applications in Visual Studio using C#.

Before LCR Group, Dan was the owner of Honint LLC, a software development company specializing in network protocols and sensor nets. Dan also worked as a developer at the University of Maryland's Hybrid Networks Lab, where they implemented network protocols and worked with microcontrollers (smart motes).

Dan has a bachelor's degree in Computer Science from the University of Maryland.

Dan Rusk earned a BS in Computer Science from the University of Maryland College Park. Dan is certified by Amazon Web Services in both the AWS Certified Solutions Architect - Professional and AWS Certified Solutions Architect - Associate programs.
