Tyler Hagen is a seasoned professional with extensive experience in technical support and translation. Currently serving as a Senior Support Engineer at Thorn since September 2020, Tyler previously held roles at FUNimation as a Freelance Translator, where translations encompassed six shows with over 100 episodes. Tyler’s experience includes serving as a Support Escalation Engineer at Stitch Labs, where significant process improvements were made, and various roles at MZ that involved service level coordination and bilingual customer support for top-grossing mobile games. An educational background includes a BA in Japanese from the University of California, Davis, and advanced training in character animation.
