Dina Tantra serves as the Board Chair and Independent Trustee at Heartland Funds, alongside roles such as Chair-Elect of the Mutual Fund Directors Forum and Member of Madam Chair, focusing on corporate governance and supporting independent directors. With extensive experience as an Independent Board Trustee and Chair of the Nominating & Governance Committee at both Thornburg Investment Management and Boston Trust & Walden Funds, Dina champions disciplined investment processes and impact investing. As a Co-Founder and Co-CEO of Global Rhino, a management consulting firm, and a Founding Member of Extraordinary Women on Boards, Dina actively promotes women's leadership in corporate governance. Dina's educational credentials include a Juris Doctor from The Ohio State University Moritz College of Law and an Executive Finance program from The University of Chicago Booth School of Business.
