Sam Snelling is a fixed income analyst for Thornburg Investment Management. He joined Thornburg in 2015.
Sam graduated from the University of New Mexico with a BBA in finance, and an AS in electronics technology. Prior to joining Thornburg, he was an engineering technician at Stryker Inc., a DoD-security-clearance-approved electromechanical technician with Science Applications International Corporation, and an instructing Sergeant of Marines in the Marine Corps. Sam began his career as an engineer in the Marines, quickly gaining rank, commendations, and numerous medals.
