Nathan Price

Nathan Price is the current Chief Science Officer at Thorne. Prior to this, they were the Chief Executive Officer of Onegevity from November 2020 to December 2021. Onegevity was a start-up company that was ultimately acquired and merged with Thorne to form Thorne HealthTech. Onegevity, now an effort existing entirely within Thorne HealthTech, has focused on health intelligence with a proprietary, multi-omic platform that leverages artificial intelligence (AI) and systems biology to map, integrate and understand the billions of dynamic and biological features that showcase the state of an individual's health.

Nathan has a long history of working in the scientific field. Nathan previously worked at The National Academies of Sciences, Engineering, and Medicine. Nathan's work there focused on helping to develop new nutritional and pharmaceutical products and enhance or repurpose existing drugs and compounds for new and innovative uses, at faster speeds and with higher efficiency.

Nathan's work at Onegevity has helped to make it one of the leading companies in health intelligence. Nathan's work has also helped to make Onegevity the health intelligence inside of many products and tests offered through Thorne.

Nathan Price attended Alta High School before obtaining their BS in Chemical Engineering with University Honors from Brigham Young University. Nathan then went on to obtain their M.S. in Bioengineering from UC San Diego, followed by their Ph.D. in Bioengineering from the same school.
