Chloe Innis

Chloe Innis has a diverse range of work experience in various industries. Chloe is currently working as a Project Management Associate at Thornhill Medical since May 2023. Prior to that, they worked at Abbott as an Associate Engineer, where they had multiple roles, including Associate Engineer and Change Facilitator, from January 2021 to April 2023. Before joining Abbott, Chloe worked as a Medical Receptionist at Bowmanville Medical Associates from September 2020 to January 2021. Additionally, they worked as an Office Assistant at Bowmanville Medical Group from May 2019 to September 2019. Chloe also gained experience as a Mechanical Engineering Assistant at Cargowall Ltd., where they worked during three summer periods from May 2017 to July 2019. Their role involved working closely with the head engineer and utilizing software like SolidWorks and AutoCAD for design work. Prior to their professional roles, Chloe was a member of the WeMadeIt Youth Think Tank at Ryerson University's Faculty of Engineering in 2013. In this role, they contributed to the creation of content for a website aimed at inspiring young girls to pursue careers in science and engineering through interviews, research, and article writing.

Chloe Innis completed their education from 2015 to 2019 at Queen's University, where they earned a Bachelor of Applied Science (BASc) degree in Biomechanical Engineering. In 2019, Chloe pursued further studies at Heriot-Watt University, where they obtained a Master of Science (MS) degree in Business Strategy, Leadership, and Change in 2020. In addition to their academic achievements, Chloe also holds a certification as a Certified Associate in Project Management (CAPM®) from the Project Management Institute, which they obtained in December 2022.
