Tessa Mintz

Tessa Mintz has a diverse work experience spanning multiple industries. Tessa is currently the Chief Marketing Officer at Thornhill Medical, a role they have held since January 2023. Prior to this, they served as the Vice President of Marketing at Thornhill Medical from May 2020 to January 2023.

In 2014, Tessa established their own consultancy, Tessa Mintz Consultancy, where they currently hold the position of Principal.

Tessa has also worked as an Embedded Executive with Cogneeto / peerScholar through the MaRS Business Acceleration Program from November 2018 to May 2019.

Tessa'sprevious roles include Vice President of Business Development and Partnerships at CanadaHelps from September 2017 to November 2018, and Vice President of Volunteers & Programs at Futurpreneur Canada from August 2010 to July 2014.

Tessa also served as the Vice President of Account Management at Studentawards Inc. from January 2002 to August 2010.

Prior to that, Tessa worked as a Health Care Management Consultant at Envirimed Inc. in 2001.

Tessa'searly career includes serving as a Speech Language Pathologist at Baycrest Centre for Geriatric Care from 1995 to 2000.

Tessa Mintz completed their Master of Health Science degree in Health/Health Care Administration/Management from the University of Toronto between 1999 and 2001. Prior to that, they earned their Master of Science degree in Communication Disorders from Western University, which they pursued from 1987 to 1989.
