Henrik Marinus also held positions such as Board Member at Mät Foods A/S and Vice Chairman of the Board at Ex-trade a.m.b.a. Currently, they work as the Executive Chairman at Brødrene Hartmann A/S and serves on the CEO advisory board at THORNICO. Henrik Marinus Pedersen obtained a Bachelor's degree in General Sales, Merchandising, and Related Marketing Operations from Syddansk Universitet - University of Southern Denmark from 1998 to 2000. Prior to that, they also earned another Bachelor's degree in Organizational Leadership from the same university between 1994 and 1997. Additionally, Pedersen completed their MSc. in Dairy Science from Den Kgl. Veterinær- og Landbohøjskole from 1989 to 1994.
