Henrik Marinus Pedersen

Henrik Marinus Pedersen has had a diverse range of work experiences in the food industry. Henrik Marinus began as Executive Vice President for Lactosan Sanovo Ingredients Group, overseeing the production of Egg and Cheese related products. Henrik Marinus then moved on to become the Chief Executive Officer of Sanovo Egg Group, a well-known brand in the field of Egg processing and exports. Additionally, they served as the Chief Executive Officer of Ovodan Biotech A/S and later became the Group Chief Executive Officer of Ovodan Egg Group. Henrik Marinus also held positions such as Board Member at Mät Foods A/S and Vice Chairman of the Board at Ex-trade a.m.b.a. Currently, they work as the Executive Chairman at Brødrene Hartmann A/S and serves on the CEO advisory board at THORNICO. Henrik Marinus is also an Executive Board Member at the International Egg Commission. Pedersen's extensive experience in the industry makes him well-suited for leadership roles.

Henrik Marinus Pedersen obtained a Bachelor's degree in General Sales, Merchandising, and Related Marketing Operations from Syddansk Universitet - University of Southern Denmark from 1998 to 2000. Prior to that, they also earned another Bachelor's degree in Organizational Leadership from the same university between 1994 and 1997. Additionally, Pedersen completed their MSc. in Dairy Science from Den Kgl. Veterinær- og Landbohøjskole from 1989 to 1994.
