James Feracor

James Feracor is a Digital Design Technologist at Thornton Tomasetti since April 2019, with prior experience as a Contract Researcher, Technical Writer, and Product Manager at Pavia Systems, Inc., where product development for engineering applications was managed and extensive technical materials were created. James has contributed to academic research as a PhD candidate at the University of Washington, focusing on software's impact on transportation agencies' use of research knowledge, alongside roles as a Research Engineer and Graduate Student Research Assistant. An impactful educator, James has also served as a Head Graduate Student Instructor at UC Berkeley and holds multiple degrees in civil engineering and sustainable infrastructure from prestigious institutions, showcasing a strong foundation in construction research and engineering practices.
