Chris Gardiner

Chris is a Partner in our Private Client Team. He specializes in advising individuals and families on asset protection and tax-efficient succession planning. He also advises a number of Private Families and Charitable Trusts.

He is an accredited member of the Society of Trust and Estate Practitioners (STEP), the leading worldwide professional body for practitioners in the fields of Trusts, Estates and related issues. He is also a former tutor on the Diploma in Professional Legal Practice at the University of Dundee.

Chris and his team also deal with Wills, Powers of Attorney and Estate Administration matters (including obtaining Confirmation – ‘Scottish Probate’).
