Kirsty Maxwell

Kirsty Maxwell is an accomplished HR professional with extensive experience in various roles across multiple organizations. Currently serving as the Head of EVP & Reward at Thorntons Law LLP since November 2021, Kirsty previously held positions as EVP & Reward Manager and People Operations Business Partner within the same firm. Prior experience includes the role of HR Business Partner at TechnipFMC from February 2014 to October 2021, and as an HR Consultant at FMC Technologies, where responsibilities included delivering HR partner services and managing international assignment transfers. Earlier in the career, Kirsty worked at VELUX Company Ltd in dual roles as Operations Manager and HR Business Partner/Advisor, as well as in finance and operations positions at Kettle Produce Ltd, Brightwater Holidays Ltd, and Rescobie Hotel. Kirsty holds a Post Graduate Degree in Human Resources Management and Services from Dundee College and an HND in Business Administration with Travel & Tourism from Fife College.
