Noele McClelland

Noele McClelland has over two decades of experience in employment law, currently serving as a Partner and Head of the Employment Team at Thorntons Law LLP since June 2001. In this role, Noele advises clients on a comprehensive range of employment issues, including unfair dismissal, redundancies, discrimination, and provides representation at employment tribunals. Prior to this, Noele worked as a Solicitor at the Office of Solicitor to the Scottish Executive from July 2000 to June 2001. Noele holds a BA (Hons) (2(1)), LLB, and Diploma in Legal Practice from the University of Strathclyde, where education was completed between 1989 and 1996, following attendance at Uddingston Grammar from 1983 to 1989.
