Ria Mehta

Ria Mehta is a dedicated legal professional currently serving as a Sales Administrator at Thorntons Law LLP since October 2022, following a Summer Placement in the Dispute, Resolution and Claims team. Ria gained additional experience through a Summer Internship at DLA Piper in June 2024, focusing on Litigation and Regulation as well as Employment departments. As a Student Mentor at the University of Dundee, Ria contributed to lectures and workshops on Mooting, preparing students for international competitions. Ria also acted as a Campus Ambassador for Herbert Smith Freehills, promoting events and opportunities to peers. Ria was involved in the University of Dundee Mooting Society as an Internal Coordinator and First Year Representative and participated in DLA Piper's Insight Programme. Previous roles include Sales Assistant at Jack Wills and First Year Dual Law Representative at the University of Dundee. Ria is pursuing a Bachelor of Laws (LLB) at the University of Dundee, expected to graduate in 2025.
