Patricia Connor is a seasoned payroll professional with extensive experience spanning over three decades. Currently serving as the Payroll Manager at Thorntons Inc. since August 2016, Patricia has also been an approved Payroll Trainer for the American Payroll Association since January 2015, focusing on payroll education and CPP certification preparation. Prior roles include Payroll Supervisor at Papa John's International, where Patricia managed a multi-state payroll team, and HRIS Implementation Manager at Advanced Payroll Systems, assisting clients in benefit plan implementation. Patricia's career began at Link-Belt Construction Equipment, where responsibilities included managing the Corporate Payroll and Benefits Department for a multi-state corporation. Patricia pursued studies in Accounting and Finance at the University of Kentucky from 1996 to 1998.
