Roxane Sawaya has extensive experience in sales and business management, beginning with the role of Store Manager at Video Hut, Inc. from January 1986 to January 1993, where responsibilities included overseeing three stores and managing a team of 13 employees. Roxane transitioned to State Beauty Supply as an Outside Salon Sales Consultant from January 1993 to January 1999, focusing on sales through prospecting and key account relations. As Owner and President of Bubbling Bath & Body from January 1999 to January 2002, Roxane managed all aspects of the business, ensuring profitability and effective operations. Since October 2002, Roxane has served as both Sales Consultant and Sales Representative at Thorntons Inc., where efforts are directed towards maintaining industry leadership and exceeding sales goals across multiple states.
