Lucas Baiocchi

Lucas Baiocchi, HCISPP, CCSFP, currently serves as the Manager of InfoSec Assurance - HITRUST at Thoropass since September 2024. Previously, Lucas held various roles at Meditology Services from May 2018 to September 2024, culminating in the position of Manager for Cybersecurity & IT Risk Management, where oversight of security and privacy risk assessment service lines was achieved, along with significant profitability management. Prior roles included team leadership and consulting in IT risk management within the healthcare sector, focusing on areas such as HIPAA compliance, HITRUST CSF certifications, security risk assessments, and information security strategy development. Earlier experience includes a role in marketing technology implementation at Northwestern Mutual, where Microsoft CRM integration and strategic initiatives for client retention were successfully executed. Lucas holds a Bachelor's Degree in Management Information Systems with an emphasis on Cyber Security from San Diego State University.
