Jim Sime has extensive experience in engineering and automation, currently serving as an Application Engineer at Thorp Controls Automation Solutions since February 2008. Prior to this role, Jim worked as a Field Service Engineer at Yates Electric from 2004 to 2008, and as a Service Engineer at Package Service Company from 2002 to 2004. Jim's career began at Preco, Inc., where responsibilities included Engineering - Controls, Field from 1991 to 2001. Jim holds a degree from DeVry, completed from 1989 to 1993.
