Neelakshi Kotnis

Neelakshi Kotnis has over twenty years of experience in the corporate sector, with a focus on management consulting and business development. Neelakshi is the founder and director of Thoucentric, a management consulting firm that specializes in helping businesses achieve their potential. Prior to founding Thoucentric, Neelakshi was a lead consultant and founding team member at Kasper Consulting, where they helped businesses streamline their operations and improve their bottom line.

Before their consulting career, Neelakshi held various positions in the corporate world, including service delivery manager at GE Money and senior program manager at GE. Neelakshi also spent time as a business development manager at HCL Infosystems Ltd., where they gained valuable experience in sales and marketing. In addition to their corporate experience, Neelakshi has also served as the chief operating officer of Disha Eye Hospital, a leading eye care provider in India.

Throughout their career, Neelakshi has been driven by their passion for helping businesses reach their full potential. Her extensive experience in both the corporate world and the management consulting industry has given their a unique perspective on how businesses can achieve success.

Neelakshi Kotnis has an MBA in Marketing & IT from the Faculty of Management Studies at the University of Delhi, and a BE in Electronics & Communication from Karnatak University.
