Jill Sawatzky is the Chief Customer Officer at Thought Industries. Jill has over twenty years of experience in customer success and has held leadership positions at some of the world's largest companies.

Jill began their career at IBM in 1999 as a Program Director in their customer success department. Jill spent 17 years at IBM, working their way up to Director of Customer Success. In this role, they led a global team of 30 CSMs and was responsible for driving adoption, retention, and growth for IBM's Enterprise Citrix Cloud customers.

In 2016, Jill left IBM to join Citrix as their Director of Customer Success. In this role, they again led a global team of CSMs and was responsible for driving adoption, retention, and growth for Citrix's Enterprise Citrix Cloud customers. After two years at Citrix, Jill joined PROS as their Vice President of Customer Success in 2019.

At PROS, Jill built and led a global organization of 40 CSMs to drive adoption, retention, and growth for PROS' annual subscription portfolio. In 2020, Jill left PROS to join Commvault as their Vice President of Customer Success and Renewals. In this role, they led a global organization of 30 CSMs and 68 TAMs to drive adoption, retention, and upsell/cross-sell for Commvault's subscription portfolio.

In September 2021, Jill left Commvault to join Thought Industries as their Chief Customer Officer. In this role, they are responsible for leading Thought Industries' customer success strategy and initiatives.

Jill Sawatzky has a Bachelor of Science in MIS and Marketing from the University of Virginia and a Master of Science in MIS from The George Washington University. Jill is certified by IBM as an Executive Senior Project Manager and by the Project Management Institute as a PMP.
