Prakash Menon is an accomplished executive with extensive experience in supply chain management and business leadership. Currently serving as a CEO Coach at Cat & Rat School since March 2020, Prakash guides professionals seeking to excel in both technical and adaptive skills. As a Global Partner at Thought Leaders since September 2011, Prakash has significantly contributed to the development of business education for subject matter experts. Prior roles include State Manager for Demand Planning and Inventory Management at Metcash, where Prakash led a $2 billion team during the challenges of the COVID-19 pandemic, and Director of Merchandise Planning & Supply Chain at MYER, where Prakash was instrumental in the company's IPO process and optimized merchandise strategies. Prakash holds multiple degrees, including an MBA from Macquarie University and a Diploma in Advanced Management Studies from The Wharton School.
