Tim Ernst

Tim Ernst has a diverse range of work experience in the gaming industry. Tim co-founded Thought Pennies in 2020 and served as the Chief Executive Officer. Prior to that, from 2017 to 2020, they worked as an Executive Consultant at 71MM4. Tim was the General Manager at MZ from 2016 to 2017 and held the role of General Manager / Executive Producer at Kabam from 2011 to 2016. Before that, they were the Director of Production at Bedlam Games from 2010 to 2011. From 2005 to 2010, they worked as a Producer at Sega of America, and from 2002 to 2005, they were a Community Manager / Associate Producer at Ubisoft.

Tim Ernst completed their Bachelor of Science in Computer Media Studies (Special Divisional Major) at Yale University from 1999 to 2003. Prior to that, they attended Canisius High School from 1995 to 1999. Tim also obtained a certification in Project Management Professional (PMP) from the Project Management Institute in August 2011.
