Richard also serves as a Director at RAH Advisory since 2012, where Richard provides retail thought leadership. Prior to these roles, Richard was the President at PatelMiller and a Strategic Advisor at Deloitte. Before that, Richard founded and chaired Verdict Research for over two decades. Richard has a strong background in the retail industry and is known for their thought leadership in the field.
