Elaina Natario

Elaina Natario is currently the Design Team Lead at Boost, a division of thoughtbot. Elaina has over seven years of experience in design, including stints at Telerik, America's Test Kitchen, Boston Magazine, and The Boston Globe.

Elaina's design career began as an intern at Boston Magazine in 2010. Elaina then went on to work as an editorial design co-op/intern at The Boston Globe from 2009 to 2010. After that, they became a digital designer at The Boston Globe from 2013 to 2017.

In their current role at Boost, Elaina is responsible for leading a team of designers and working on a variety of design projects.

Elaina Natario holds a BA in Graphic Design from Simmons University.

Elaina Natario reports to Diana Bald, CEO. They work with Joe Ferris - CTO, Mission Control, Kirsten Hurley - Managing Director, Launchpad II, and Becky Dunbar - Finance Director.
