Brian McCarthy

Brian McCarthy is an experienced professional with a strong background in operations, analytics, and management within various industries, including SaaS and mortgage insurance. Currently serving as Director of Operations at Thoughtexchange since September 2019, Brian leads the Business Intelligence Team, successfully implementing a Data Lake, Data Warehouse, and BI visualization tool. Previous roles include Retail Lending Manager at Nelson & District Credit Union, Assistant Vice President at Arch Mortgage Insurance, and Director of Portfolio Analytics at PMI Mortgage Insurance Co. Brian’s career began in IT consulting with notable companies such as Ventera Corporation and Coopers and Lybrand. Brian holds a BS in Systems Engineering from the University of Virginia and an MBA in Management from California Polytechnic State University-San Luis Obispo.
