Chris Izquierdo

Chris Izquierdo is the GM of Sparrow Connected, a leading internal communications platform built to help large, distributed organizations—especially in the public sector—connect, inform, and engage their entire workforce.

Before founding Sparrow Connected, Chris led several successful technology companies including DevFacto Technologies, DigitalCtrl, and MorganThomas. With over two decades of experience in enterprise software and digital transformation, he has worked closely with municipalities, healthcare networks, and regulated industries to modernize how they communicate with frontline and deskless employees.

Originally from Havana, Cuba, and now based in Canada, Chris is passionate about building purposeful technology that solves real-world problems. He also serves on multiple governance boards and is fluent in both Spanish and English.

Today, he leads Sparrow Connected in its mission to simplify enterprise communication and empower every employee with the information they need—when and where they need it.
