Leah Hilts (she/her)

Leah Hilts is a dedicated People and Talent Manager at ThoughtExchange, where responsibilities have included talent acquisition and coordination since January 2018. Leah is also a member of The People People Group, a community focused on enhancing HR practices and the employee experience. Previous experience includes roles as an Account Executive at Hootsuite, where Leah supported retail and CPG clients in leveraging social media for business growth, and positions at STEMCELL Technologies in scientific communications and marketing. Leah holds a Bachelor of Science in Science and Business from the University of Waterloo and a Diploma in Human Resources Management from Ashton College. Additionally, experience at the National University of Singapore further complements Leah's academic background.
