Maya Venkatesh

Maya heads Business Operations for ThoughtFocus India across technology services and digital operations. A multi-faceted business leader, she has over three decades of experience in setting up and managing high-performing delivery centers across USA, UK and APAC regions. In her earlier roles, Maya has worked with leading MNC’s like Ford, Accenture, Symphony Services and Affinity Answers.

At ThoughtFocus, Maya is focused on business transformation initiatives using analytics, automation and process optimization. She is also responsible for strategies that integrate people, process and technology to enable them on their growth path.

Maya is a certified Master Black Belt in Six Sigma and an ISO/SOX trained auditor. She has done her Masters in Accounting and is a certified cost accountant. She is a passionate leadership coach and an advocate for inclusivity and equity.
