Max Rochman has a diverse work experience spanning various roles and industries. Max began their career in 2014 as a Sergent in the Israel Defense Forces, where they specialized as a paratrooper in infantry. Following their military service, they worked as a Logistics Supervisor for Yael Adventures - Birthright Israel, conducting interviews and streamlining the registration process for American participants' Birthright trips.
In 2017, Max joined CryptoPotato as a Video Producer/Talent, where they developed multimedia content for external promotional social videos on cryptocurrency. Max recorded and edited video and sound projects, interviewed experts and entrepreneurs, and handled media management and archiving.
In 2019, Max worked as a Google Duplex Contractor via Qualitest, specializing in dictating AI statements for the production of audio recordings in English. Max also logged and analyzed data, including identifying software bugs.
Max's entrepreneurial spirit led him to found Bagel Boys Israel in 2020, where they served as the Chief Executive Officer. Max was responsible for the overall product inventory and baking processes, maintained consistent inventory and flow of bagels, and led marketing and social media outreach. Max also worked directly with customers to ensure their satisfaction.
In 2020, Max also worked in the role of Account Manager at ThoughtLeaders, matching brands to content creators across various channels and overseeing campaign strategies. In 2022, they were promoted to the role of Head of Account Management, where they managed a team of five account managers and strategic marketing plans for brands, ensuring successful implementation and client growth. As of January 2023, Max is the Head of Agency at ThoughtLeaders.
