Emily Waters

Emily Waters has worked for a variety of companies since 2012. Emily began their career as a MASH Peer Mentor at the University of Bath in 2012, followed by an Associate Bio-statistical Programmer role at Amgen in 2013. In 2014, they worked as a Teaching Assistant & Marker and Education Specialist at the University of Bath and Project Morry respectively. In 2015, they took on a Technical Business Analyst role at Acturis Limited. From 2017 to 2021, they worked as a Senior Software Engineer, Data Specialist and Search and Find Information Analyst at Arm. Most recently, they have been a Software Engineer at Piclo since 2021, and is currently a Senior Software Engineer at ThoughtRiver since 2022.

Emily Waters obtained their Bachelor's degree in Mathematics from the University of Bath in 2015. In 2018, they completed their Master of Science in Information and Communication Technology with a focus in Computer Science from Anglia Ruskin University. Prior to that, they attended St James Senior Girls from 2004 to 2011. In addition, they obtained the certification Programming Foundations: Design Patterns from LinkedIn in January 2019.
