Jeff Williams

Jeff Williams serves as the RVP for the Northeast at ThoughtSpot since February 2025. Prior experience includes a tenure as Vice President and Global Head of Strategic Revenue at Monte Carlo, where Williams focused on scaling a sales organization in the upmarket segment. As RVP for North America - Digital Native Strategics at Confluent from January 2019 to January 2024, Williams was a founding leader of a team targeting prominent digital-first companies. At DataStax, from May 2015 to November 2018, Williams achieved President's Club status while leading efforts to expand a transformative open-source cloud database, significantly increasing market share. Williams began the career as an Account Executive at Pythian from January 2013 to January 2015. Educational credentials include a Masters in Wine Business Management and Viticulture & Oenology from the University of Adelaide, as well as a Bachelor of Science in Marketing from the State University of New York at Oswego.
