Andrei Para

Andrei Para is a seasoned technology professional with extensive experience in application management and operations, project management, and software development. Currently serving as the Lead for Digital Application Management and Operations at Thoughtworks, Andrei oversees the European pillar of the service line, managing the entire demand pipeline. Previous roles include Delivery Principal and Engineering Program Manager for a global AdTech leader, where Andrei directed multiple teams focused on analytics data processing and DevOps practices. Andrei's career also features significant roles at Luxoft, managing DevOps teams and ensuring on-time feature delivery for a major automotive manufacturer, as well as software development positions at Misys and Bitdefender, contributing to various product lines and quality assurance processes. Educational qualifications include a Master’s degree in Information Management & Security and a Bachelor’s degree in Automatic Control and Computer Science from the University POLITEHNICA of Bucharest.
