Fernando Rocha

Fernando Rocha currently serves as the Head of Design at Thoughtworks, a position held since January 2023 following the acquisition of Handmade Design, where Fernando was Chief Design Officer and Partner from August 2017 to December 2022. Fernando has extensive experience in design and user experience across various companies, including Critical Mass as Director of Creation & UX, and F.biz as Account Manager, where the transition to business development led to the successful delivery of a digital project for TOTVS. Previous roles also include leadership positions at OW Interactive, LabCom Total, and AgênciaClick, contributing to a robust career focused on design strategy and user experience. Fernando holds a degree from Universidade de Ribeirão Preto.
