Jayesh Ghatge

Jayesh Ghatge is a seasoned professional with extensive experience in the technology and consulting sectors, currently serving as Portfolio Director for South East Asia at ThoughtWorks since August 2012. In this role, Jayesh focuses on driving growth through strategic partnerships and supporting BFSI clients in their digital transformation initiatives. Prior to this position, Jayesh held various leadership roles within ThoughtWorks, including Demand Strategy head and Market Partner for India, where responsibilities included managing client relationships and expanding the company’s footprint in the Indian market. Previous experience includes key positions at iGATE Global Solutions, SCA Technologies, Ness Technologies, Mascot Systems Ltd., and Bajaj Auto Ltd. Jayesh's educational background includes an Executive Education in Digital Transformation from Singapore Management University, an MBA in Marketing Management from Savitribai Phule Pune University, and a Bachelor's degree in Production Engineering from Doctor Babasaheb Ambedkar Marathwada University.
