Luke Gerner

Luke Gerner is an accomplished Experience Strategist and Human-Centred Design leader with a strong focus on customer experience and product strategy. Currently serving as the APAC Regional Service Leader and Global Service Anchor for Customer Experience Strategy at Thoughtworks, they have a diverse background that includes founding and running a successful brand and digital strategy agency, Belike, and holding senior design roles at various reputable companies. Luke has consistently demonstrated a passion for facilitating positive change through innovative design and effective stakeholder engagement. Their education includes a Bachelor of Design from Swinburne University, ongoing studies at Stanford University's d.school, and a User Experience Design Immersive from General Assembly.
