Mark Boland

Mark Boland is currently the Head of Strategy & Corporate Development at ThoughtWorks, where they focus on creating impactful strategic partnerships, investments, and acquisitions. Previously, Mark held the role of Head of Corporate Development at ThoughtWorks from 2021 to 2024. They enjoyed a robust career at IBM, where they progressed through multiple finance roles, ultimately serving as Director of Corporate Development and leading significant strategic initiatives. Mark also gained early experience in marketing during an internship with the New Britain Rock Cats in 2006. They earned an MBA from Columbia Business School and a BS in Finance from the University of Connecticut.
