Markus Fleckenstein

Markus Fleckenstein is a seasoned Solution Architect at ThoughtWorks since November 2025, bringing a wealth of experience in enterprise architecture and digital transformation. Previously, as Principal Enterprise Architect at diconium digital solutions, Markus established EAM methodology and oversaw the architecture for multiple digital sales initiatives. Earlier roles include Associated Partner at MHP – A Porsche Company and Lead Architect for the IoT Ecosystem at Robert Bosch GmbH, where responsibilities spanned global architecture for sales systems and IT architecture for Power Tools. Markus began a career in SAP development and technology with positions at Logica Deutschland GmbH & Co. KG, Unilog Avinci, Unilog Systems Integration, and Datenzentrale Baden-Württemberg. Markus holds a Diplom Verwaltungswirt degree in Public Business Administration and Administrative Informatics from Fachhochschule Kehl, obtained between 1998 and 2001.
