Phil Cadell

Phil Cadell is an experienced technology leader with a strong focus on cloud modernization and public sector healthcare solutions. Currently serving as the Technical Director and Head of Cloud Modernization APAC at Thoughtworks, Phil leads initiatives aimed at enhancing cloud services and products across the region. Previously, Phil held various senior roles at Itoc, including Head of Cloud Solutions and Head of ISV/SaaS, providing expertise in cloud strategy for both SMBs and the public sector. With a background in financial services and healthcare, Phil has also contributed to significant projects at organizations such as the Australian Digital Health Agency and Magentus. Phil holds a Master of Engineering in Embedded Systems and Software Engineering, as well as a Bachelor's degree in Electronics and Information Technology from the Queensland University of Technology.
